Welcome to the Governors’ section of our website where you can find out about our school’s governors and the work of the Governing Body.
The Governors of Kingfield Primary and Nursery School are dedicated to the achievement of pupils through creative and inclusive teaching. We are ambitious for the school and are focused on continuous improvement in all areas of the school. The Governing Body has a legal responsibility for the overall management of the school and governors are actively involved in school life in many ways. Governors set the school’s vision and strategic aims, monitor and evaluate performance and ensure the school is accountable to those it serves.
In November 2014 the Governing Body was reconstituted.

Joy Allen - Chair of Governors

Joy is also the governor responsible for Safeguarding.
David Sampson - Vice Chair of Governors

David is also the governor responsible for Health & Safety and Anti-Bullying
Rachael Leslie - Governor
